Pelicans of Wisconsin?

You would think that Wisconsin would be one of the last places you'll ever see a pelican. However a friend of mine from Cedarburg was lucky enough to snap this photograph of one resting in his backyard. Apparently after further review, White Pelicans are actually quite common throughout the state especially around the Mississippi river. Who would've thunk?

BOSTYX

It was more than a feeling as i able to get up close and personal with two of my all time favorite bands at a concert last weekend. Opening was Styx and Tommy Shaw who were able to immediately fill my dry tear ducts to their limit, however it wasn't until Boston and the great Tom Scholz entered the stage when those tears dripped down my cheeks like rain. Great show with great musicians!!!
